Night Ready Extreme RC Airplane
The E-flite Night Timber X Evolution 1.2m combines extreme Short Take Off and Landing (STOL) with wild 3D performance. Equipped with bright LED lights, this plane is ready to dominate the skies, day or night. This Bind-N-Fly variant requires only a battery, charger, and transmitter to get in the air.
Flight Performance
The Night Timber X Evolution 1.2m features a wing design with a shortened span plus much larger ailerons and flaps, along with an enlarged elevator and rudder, compared to the Timber 1.5m models. Double-beveled hinge lines make it possible to deflect every control surface, including the flaps that can travel in both directions, to high angles for outstanding control and eXtreme 3D aerobatic capability. Or on low rates, the controls can be smooth and docile so you can fly as mild or as wild as you'd like!
LED's
Embedded throughout the airframe are factory-installed LED lights that make it possible to fly all day AND all night, too! They're conveniently powered by the 3S or 4S 2200–3200mAh flight battery and can easily be disconnected when flying in daylight conditions. Plus, just like other Timbers, the Night Timber X Evolution 1.2m is also equipped with realistic-looking LED landing, navigation and strobe lights.
Power Plant
The factory-installed brushless power system features a Spektrum Avian 70-amp Smart Lite ESC along with a specially-tuned motor and prop that deliver an abundance of thrust with a 3S LiPo battery or eXtra power and unlimited vertical performance with a 4S battery without the need for any modifications or upgrades. Plus, the more convenient top hatch and larger battery compartment make it easier to fit batteries from 3S 2200mAh to 4S 3200mAh to achieve a wide variety of performance and flight times.
